Carbon nanotube is composed only carbon atom.
Graphite used pencil or diamond are composed carbon too.
They are called allotrope.
Fullerene known by mold of the ball for association football is allotrope of carbon nanotube too.

They are light and strong.
They are also conductor.
So they are very useful.

Carbon nanotube has 3 type structure. They are called Zigzag, Armchair and Chiral.

These pictures are structural model. I made them glass beads.

Each bead express combining of carbon atoms.
They do not express carbon atom.
